Ok, time to brag! My Alex is one of the leads in Westfield Elementary's production of Cinderella. She plays the youngest stepsister, Joy. I am so excited! It will go from February 25-March 2 at 7:00 at Timberline Junior High school. Her nights are Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. It looks like it will be really cute. I can't wait!

My Valentine
We have had the plague at our house for a couple of weeks so we had to cancel our babysitter for Valentines Day. So sad. My sweet Dave decided to surprise me with dinner for two at home and cook! Dave has probably cooked five times in our whole marriage so this was huge. I kind of showed him the ropes. Mainly, I taught him how to turn on the oven... not a joke. He even handled the babysitting. He bought Madagascar 2 and sent the sick kids into the other room. We probably got five minutes of alone time to stare into each others eyes. I loved every minute of it! Thanks, babe. I love you so much.

Bachelor Bet II
Poor Jill. I still love her. She's still the cutest. I guess Jason doesn't like to be straddled by her in a bikini. Time to do the hotdog trick on someone else. Maybe Ketchup guys aren't for you. . . or was it mustard?
Okay, back to business. It's Melissa. Even You tube spills it, thanks Emily. That's fine. Melissa's cute too, minus the prom dress she wore at tonight's rose ceremony. He loves her. Yay for love.
By the way, Dave helped me understand that the drama Chris Harrison was talking about at the end happens at the "After the Final Rose" show. Apparently there's big drama for the parties involved. I wonder what it could be? Excellent. I can't wait!

Happy Birthday Andie
This has been a difficult transition for me. Changing from four years old to five is such a big jump. Four is still toddlerish. Four is still little. Four is still babyish. Five is too old. My Andie is too old.
I've been teasing her telling her that when she turns five it will be so hard on me. I tell her I'll hug her and not let go of my four year old Andie. So on her birthday she said to me, "Do you want me to give you a four year old Andie hug?" I told her it was too late she's already five, with a sad face. So she gave me a hug and said, "In my head I'm four so it was a four year old hug." I love her.
Andie is my drama queen. Very drama. When she's upset about something she throws her head back and opens her mouth as wide as it gets and yells/sobs very loudly. And it happens multiple times throughout the day. She's very good at it.
She loves to play with friends. She loves to play dress up. She loves to swing. She loves to swim. She loves to read Olivia books or really any book. She loves to play with her dolls hair. She has her own skipping dance move which is hilarious. She loves to draw and paint. She is a very good big sister to Avery. And when she is excited to tell me something her eyes light up and get huge and she stands on her tip toes. I pretty much want to eat her cheeks all day long.
I'm so glad to have her as my second. She brings so much joy and happiness into my life in so many ways. Thinking about it makes me smile. Happy Birthday, Andie. I love you very much.
