Okay, I'm posting this because several friends and family have asked to get this from me. Those of you who need a new recipe and haven't tried this one... DO IT! This is THE Best bread recipe ever, and it is the easiest! But I do recommend a Bosch Mixer and of course a wheat grinder to grind your precious food storage wheat. Yummy!
Mom's Wheat Bread
8 C. Flour
2 Tbsp. yeast
3/4 C. Gluten
Mix a little until yeast is mixed throughout flour, then add
6 C. Hot water (not boiling, but HOT from the tap). Mix this together for 1 minute with a mixer or constant stirring, then let the mixture sit, with a cloth over the bowl, for 10 minutes (set timer) Then add:
2/3 C. Honey
1/2 C. oil
2 Tbsp. salt
Mix a little and keep mixing while adding 6 more cups of flour. After flour is in, mix for 6 minutes, or knead constantly by hand for 10 minutes. Turn oven on to lowest setting(170') and spray bread tins with Pam. Divide into 4 or 5 loaves. Arrange all tins in oven and set timer for 20 minutes. When timer goes off, turn oven up to 350' and bake for 30 minutes more. When bread is done, take it immediately out of the pans, and lay the loaves on dish towels to cool. Eat one and freeze the rest.

This is Heather's sister, Jessica in Georgia. Is this the delicious bread that I had with Heather's delicious jam? So tasty.
